1. Data Controller

For the SafeUP project website, the data controller is the company N. LAKASAS P. ARVANITIDIS S.A. (trade name Olympia Electronics), Eginio, Pieria, tel. +30 2353 051200, email lmaravelia.projects@olympia-electronics.com.

Requests regarding the technical contribution of Atlantis Engineering may be forwarded to them as a project partner, solely for the purpose of responding to the specific request.

2. What data and why

Only the information you voluntarily submit in the form is collected: full name or company name, email, optional phone number, and the message text.

The purpose is exclusively to respond to inquiries about the project, pilot cooperation, or press updates. No user account is created, and no profiling or automated decision-making takes place.

3. Legal bases (Article 6 GDPR)

Contact form: Article 6 para. 1 point (a) (consent) and, where applicable, point (b) (actions at your request prior to a contract/cooperation).

Necessary local storage (language, form security, cookie consent logging): Article 6 para. 1 point (f) (secure website operation) and point (c) for proof of cookie selection.

Optional analytics: only with consent (Article 6 para. 1 point (a) and ePrivacy rules). No third-party scripts are currently installed.

4. Recipients, transfers, retention period

Data is not sold and is not shared for commercial promotion. Recipients may be authorized project personnel and, as appropriate, the partner Atlantis Engineering.

No transfer outside the EEA is foreseen.

Contact details: up to 12 months from the last communication, unless a longer period is required for the obligations of the co-funded project. Proof of cookie consent: 13 months.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

6. Security and cookies

Technical measures to limit abuse (honeypot, numerical verification, rate limiting) and field minimization are applied.
